Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of KPG can request account deletion and what happens to their data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the email address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your registered mobile number and email for verification.

Data deleted

  • Profile information associated with your account.
  • Authentication access and account records from active systems.
  • User-generated assets linked only to your account, where technically feasible.

Data retained

  • Payment and transaction records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations.
  • Security logs and compliance records retained for a limited period.

Retention period

Most deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification. Data that must be retained for legal or compliance purposes is kept only for the required retention period and then removed.
