Account and Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users of KPG can request account deletion and what happens to their data.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered mobile number and email for verification.

Data deleted
- Profile information associated with your account.
- Authentication access and account records from active systems.
- User-generated assets linked only to your account, where technically feasible.
Data retained
- Payment and transaction records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations.
- Security logs and compliance records retained for a limited period.
Retention period
Most deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification. Data that must be retained for legal or compliance purposes is kept only for the required retention period and then removed.
